On a personal note, I have been married now to my wonderful and very understanding husband for over 18 years. I am a mum to two primary school children. To complete the sometimes chaotic family life we added our beloved Cavoodle Bailey to the family just a few years ago. We love to go adventuring around our beautiful landscape of Aotearoa; bike riding, walking, boating and swimming. I am passionate about exercise and the benefits it has on the body and the mind. I enjoy all exercise from yoga to boxing and love the social aspect of exercising with a group of like minded people.
